Self-healing documentation

Your docs go stale. Peeve doesn't.

Every session is a measurement. When a route stops matching, Peeve knows before anyone files a ticket.

One graph, grown every session

Every interaction makes the Brain a deeper expert in your product.

Routes, elements, confidence scores, drift, doc-vs-product conflicts and coverage all feed one live model of your interface, so the answers get truer as your product changes, instead of decaying.

Customer Brain · on top of the App Brain

A Brain for your product. A memory for every customer.

Peeve grounds every answer in the App Brain, a self-healing model of your product. On top of it, Peeve keeps a private Customer Brain for each person: a memory of who they are, what they keep asking about, what they prefer, and how their past issues were solved. So a reply is correct from the App Brain and personal from the Customer Brain.

1 · Learns your product
The App Brain grows from your interface, docs, and resolved conversations, and keeps itself current as you ship.
2 · Remembers each customer
The Customer Brain distills a private profile from each customer's own conversations, no CRM tagging. It grows every time they interact.
3 · Answers with both
Every reply draws on both layers: accurate from the product, personal to the person, so no one starts cold or repeats themselves.

Each customer's memory is encrypted at rest, isolated to your workspace, never shown publicly, and never used to train outside AI models. It personalizes email and social replies today, with the in-app widget next.

01What is the Peeve Brain?

The Brain is Peeve's live model of your product's interface: every element stored by role, accessible name, landmark position and neighbours, plus a route map of how they connect. It is rebuilt from observation on every session, so it describes the product as it is now, not as a document once said it was.

02How does drift detection work?

Each time Peeve locates an element it produces a confidence score. A score that falls from 0.94 to 0.41 is the signal: the route is flagged, re-captured on the next session that visits, and diffed against the stored map. A rename merges automatically; a structural change waits 30 seconds for your confirmation.

03What happens on a deploy?

Nothing needs to happen from you. The next sessions after a deploy re-measure the affected routes. Renames heal silently, new pages get mapped as they're visited, and anything Peeve can no longer reach is flagged in your dashboard rather than failing quietly in front of a user.

04How do I know what Peeve doesn't know?

The coverage view dims verified routes and highlights flagged and unmapped ones, and every capability carries a confidence score. Below 0.60 Peeve stops and hands off rather than guessing, so the gaps are visible to you before they're visible to a user.

05What is the Customer Brain?

The Customer Brain is a private memory Peeve keeps for each of your customers, layered on top of the App Brain. It distills who the customer is, their recurring issues, their preferences, and how past issues were resolved, automatically from that customer's own conversations. It personalizes email and social (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) replies today, with the in-app widget as a fast-follow.

06Is the Customer Brain private and secure?

Yes. Each customer's memory is encrypted at rest, isolated to your workspace, never shown publicly, and never used to train outside AI models. It is support memory used only to help your team serve that customer, not a profile for marketing or ad targeting.
