Pricing you can just read.
Every other agent in this category makes you book a call to hear a number. Here are ours. Published, no sales call.
One pool of credits powers every channel: live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and voice. No separate sessions and voice minutes to juggle.
Fin charges $0.99 a resolution. Here's what Peeve costs.
One conversation on any channel is one credit per 24-hour window; voice is half a credit a minute. A conversation isn't the same thing as a resolution. Some end in a hand-off, some in a question Peeve couldn't answer. The right-hand column assumes 65% of conversations finish the job, which is what we measure across live workspaces. If yours runs lower, your cost per resolution runs higher. The dashboard shows you the real number every month.
Everyone else makes you book a call.
A couple of agents in this category publish a number you can read. The rest quote you on a call, usually a sign the number moves depending on who's asking.
Competitor pricing as each vendor published it at the time of writing; models change. The point isn't the exact figure: it's that most of this category won't show you one without talking to sales. Peeve's is on this page, in full.
What a credit buys.
Every channel draws from the same pool, with no separate meters to track. A conversation is one credit per rolling 24-hour window, wherever it happens. A back-and-forth thread that runs across the same day stays a single credit. Voice is half a credit a minute; spam scanning is a rounding error.
Caps keep voice (≤40% of your balance) and email (≤30%) from consuming the whole pool, so live chat and social DMs always have room. They're uncapped and use whatever remains.
On Growth (5,000 credits) you could handle, in a month: 3,000 conversations (each a full day of back-and-forth on any channel), plus 3,000 voice minutes, plus scan 50,000 inbound emails for spam, all from the same balance.
What happens when you run low on credits?
Nothing surprising. Peeve emails you at 80% and again at 100% of your credit balance. At 100% the cursor stops appearing for your users until you top up or change plan. There is no overage bill you didn't agree to. Top-ups are prepaid credit packs you buy in advance.
Pick by what you want Peeve to do, not by a feature checklist.
Every feature, by plan.
The line that matters is Do. Starter answers and shows users where to go (read-only). From Growth up, Peeve actually does the task on your backend, with confirmation. Channels, the Brain and hand-off are on every plan; the tiers gate what the agent may do, seats, and the Scale security features.
Pricing questions.
The questions people actually ask before picking a plan, answered straight.
Is there a free plan?
There's a 14-day free trial instead, with 100 credits and every feature, no card. That's long enough to watch Peeve resolve real conversations in your product before you pick a plan, and nothing charges automatically when it ends.
How do credits work?
One pool of credits powers every channel. A conversation on any channel (live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger) is 1 credit per rolling 24-hour window (a thread that keeps going across the same day is still one credit); voice is 0.5 credit a minute; an inbound-email spam scan is 0.01 credit (100 scanned emails = 1 credit). Starter includes 1,000 credits a month, Growth 5,000, Scale 16,000. No separate sessions and voice minutes to juggle.
How does Peeve compare to Intercom Fin on price?
Fin charges $0.99 per resolution. Peeve's Growth plan works out to about $0.06 per resolved conversation at typical completion rates. Fin covers email, voice and social; Peeve covers those channels plus in-product questions and serves your users' agents.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, 100 credits, and every feature including the agent channel. No card is required to start and there is no call. When the trial ends you pick a plan or stop; nothing charges automatically without a card on file.
What happens if I run low on credits?
Peeve emails you at 80% and again at 100% of your credit balance. At 100% the cursor stops appearing for your users until you top up or change plan. A $49 top-up adds 1,500 credits to the current period on any plan. There is no surprise overage bill you didn't agree to.
Do you charge for AI agent traffic?
No. Agent tool calls over MCP are logged but not billed today. Growth includes 5 grants per user and Scale is unlimited; if that changes you get a full billing cycle's notice, never a retroactive charge.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for. Your cost-per-resolution number in the dashboard updates the same day.
Can one plan cover several products?
No. Each workspace covers one product and carries its own subscription. Plans are limited by members, not products: Starter includes 2 members, Growth 5, Scale 10. To run Peeve on several products, create a workspace for each and put it on whichever plan it needs; they're billed separately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is two months free on any plan: Starter, Growth or Scale. Upgrades within an annual term are prorated immediately, and downgrades apply at renewal.
What if I need SOC 2 or a BAA?
SOC 2 Type II is in progress with a report expected Q1 2027, and a signed DPA is available on the Scale plan. A BAA is not offered today. The security page states exactly what is and isn't in place, with no badge claimed early.
