For healthtech
Show patients and staff how, without touching their records.
Portals used rarely, by non-technical people, where a support call is expensive and a mistake is worse. Peeve shows the path with masking on, and never needs the record itself.

Task completion, call deflection
Compliance, stated plainly. Peeve can run with screenshots off and masked selectors removed before any image leaves the browser, and retention set to 0 days. A BAA is not offered today. If that's a requirement, it isn't something Peeve can satisfy yet, and this page won't pretend otherwise.
Why teams choose Peeve
Help without the record
Peeve reads interface structure, not field contents; screenshots are off by default and masked selectors are removed before an image leaves the browser.
Show, don't tell, for non-experts
Portals used rarely by non-technical people get walked through in-product instead of over an expensive call.
0-day retention available
Configure retention to nothing stored. A BAA isn't offered today; we say so rather than promise it.
01Does Peeve see patient records?
No. Peeve reads the structure of the interface (element roles, names and positions), not the contents of masked fields, and screenshots are optional and off by default. When enabled, masked selectors are removed before the image leaves the browser, not after it arrives on a server.
02Is a BAA available?
Not yet. On Scale you get masking, zero-day retention and a signed DPA, and Peeve never touches patient records, but a BAA isn't something it can sign today. If a signed BAA is a hard requirement for your deployment, tell us before you start and we'll be straight about exactly where that leaves you; if it isn't, those controls cover most healthtech setups.
