## What stops it hallucinating?

Existence verification before assertion. Peeve confirms an element exists in the live tree before claiming it does. Zero hallucinated routes is a hard target, not an aspiration. An answer that references a button is grounded in that button being present right now.

## What happens when the docs and the product disagree?

Observation wins, and the conflict is surfaced to you as a report, one no chat widget can produce, because it never sees the interface. A renamed control resolves to what the product actually shows, not what a stale help page describes.

## Does an answer link to where it came from?

Yes. Every answer carries the route or document it was drawn from as a citation the user can click. That traceability is what lets a person verify the answer themselves, and what lets you audit what Peeve told your users.
