# Sub-processors

_Updated 14 Aug 2026._

Canonical: https://peeve.ai/legal/sub-processors/

Peeve uses a small number of third-party sub-processors to deliver our service. Each is engaged under a data-processing agreement with appropriate safeguards (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). We update this list before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes customer personal data.

## Current sub-processors

Supabase: primary database, authentication, and file/object storage. USA / EU.

Vercel: application hosting and global edge network. USA.

Anthropic: large-language-model inference; powers the AI agent's answers and actions. USA.

OpenAI: speech-to-text transcription for voice sessions (when voice is enabled). USA.

Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing. USA.

Resend: transactional and notification email delivery. USA.

Meta Platforms: message delivery for WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram connectors (only when a customer enables those channels). USA.

Google: website analytics (Google Analytics) for the peeve.ai marketing site. USA.

PostHog: website product analytics and session replay for the peeve.ai marketing site. USA / EU.

## Google user data

When you connect a Google account, Peeve accesses your Gmail through the Google APIs under the minimum scopes needed to read and respond to your support email. This use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and Google user data is never used to train generalized or foundational AI models. The full statement is in our Privacy policy under Google API Services: Limited Use.

## Notifications of changes

Customers on a plan that includes a Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to sub-processor-change notifications. We will provide notice before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, giving customers the opportunity to object.
